Terese is led by Anne Adhreen S — a communication coach and corporate trainer whose training career began years before "Terese" existed as a name.

The Story

Anne founded her first spoken English institute at the age of 17 — long before "corporate training" or "leadership coaching" were part of the plan. What started as a small classroom teaching spoken English has, over 8+ years, grown into Terese: a training practice spanning schools, colleges, corporates, and individual leaders.

Along the way, Anne has trained over 3,000 students and professionals, delivered 10+ corporate programs for organizations including Equadriga, Microsoft, and Redington, and worked with 17 colleges and institutes across Tamil Nadu — including Saveetha College and Bishop Heber College.

Why Terese Exists

Most training happens in silos — a spoken English trainer for schools, a placement coach for colleges, a leadership consultant for corporates. Terese was built on a different idea: the same root skills — clear communication, confidence, and the ability to lead a room — matter at every one of these stages, and are best taught by someone who understands the whole arc, not just one slice of it.

How We Train

Every Terese program is designed to be practiced in the room, not just presented. Participants leave with frameworks, language, and habits they can use immediately — whether that's a child sounding out a new word, a final-year student walking into a placement interview, or a manager leading their first difficult conversation.
